AAU Gymnastics

Finding the league that had the same values as West End was so important to me. I am constantly delighted with how loving, inclusive, and athlete centered the AAU is. Their tenant “sports for all, forever” is evident in everything they do. From adding rule exceptions that allow coaches to support and spot kids during meets to offering a beginner beginner (copper) option and boys 4x4 (boys events modified for girls equipment) to offering a robust adult competition they truly have everyone’s wellbeing at the forefront of their mission.

West End offers girls and adult xcel copper through diamond level, boys 4x4, adult co-ed, and non-competition options.

Team is a commitment September through May.
