At West End we believe gymnastics is for everybody and every body. You are not too old, too out of shape, or too unathletic to try gymnastics or get back into it. Have you always wanted to master a handstand or a cartwheel, want to get stronger or work on your balance, want to see just how sore reliving the glory days will make you, find a new challenge or if just have fun, be silly and try something new grown up gymnastics is for you.
